Experience : Relevant to EOT crane industry is mandatory.


  1. Ensure sales plan for the assigned area/region is in line with annual plan.
  2. Good communication skills and Target oriented approach.
  3. Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction experience on the sales process.
  4. Ensure brand guidelines are followed across.
  5. Plan and implement various sales promotion activities.
  6. Collate and analyse feedback on new/existing products from sales channels and customers.
  7. Oversee that all organisational processes and policies are followed at an area level.
  8. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  9. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  10. Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  11. Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
  12. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  13. Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in employee life cycle management which include expertise in Recruitment, Benefits administration, Payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee relations, exit management, etc.
  2. Experience in direct employee query management via the designed communication channel.
  3. Proficient knowledge and experience in MS Office suite, statutory and legal regulations is required
  4. High degree of influencing skills across peer group and more senior levels.
  5. Prior experience in shared service model, supporting Transformation projects would be preferred

  1. Prepare GA & revised GA drawing for customized project.
  2. Carry out design calculations & selection of components as per relevant standards and processes followed in organization.
  3. Prepare details manufacturing drawing for customized project as well as std. mostly handle customized order.
  4. Innovations to enhance product features & product range.
  5. Kaizens to increase productivity.
  6. Support to production team to solve drawing related issue.
  7. Compliance actions decided during internal meeting.
  8. To prepare checklist/plan to reduce errors in drawing.
  9. To compile data & drawings of cranes for future ref.
  10. To identify area for standardization or design automation and work on the same.
  11. To train new team members joining the team and guide/mentor existing young team members.
